Payment, Return, Refund Policy

This Payment, Return, and Refund Policy governs all purchases made through DarrionPhelps.com and any affiliated platforms operated (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  • Prices do not include applicable taxes, fees, or processing charges unless stated

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time

Once a purchase is confirmed, pricing is locked and will not be modified.

2. Programs, Services, and Digital Products

All offerings, including advisory services, digital programs, strategic resources, and educational materials are delivered as intellectual property and access-based experiences.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Value is derived from application, not just access

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, annually, or as specified at enrollment).

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation Terms

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused time

Access remains active through the remainder of the billing cycle.

4. Event Registrations

Payment Requirement

Full payment is required at the time of registration. Your seat is not secured until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing

  • Requests made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a refund, minus processing fees

  • Requests made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable

  • Failure to attend (no-show) results in forfeiture of payment

We reserve the right to enforce capacity, access, and participation standards.

5. Refund Policy (Strict Enforcement)

All Sales Are Final. All purchases made through DarrionPhelps.com are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Advisory services

  • Strategy sessions

  • Digital products and frameworks

  • Programs, courses, and memberships

  • Event registrations (subject to Section 4 exceptions only)

This policy exists to protect the integrity of our work, maintain pricing standards, and ensure commitment from participants.

 

6. Credit and Resolution Options

While refunds are not provided, we operate with a commitment to fairness and resolution.

Under specific circumstances, we may offer:

  • Store credit

  • Program transfers

  • Alternative access to equivalent offerings

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase and are evaluated at our sole discretion.

7. Responsibility of the Buyer

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all program, service, or product details before purchasing

  • Understanding the scope, structure, and delivery format

  • Assessing whether the offering aligns with your needs

We do not assume responsibility for misaligned expectations after purchase.

 

8. Commitment to Quality

Our work is built on real-world application, not theoretical delivery.

If an issue arises:

  • We will review concerns

  • Provide clarification or support where appropriate

  • Work toward a reasonable resolution within the structure of this policy

However, dissatisfaction alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • Constitutes a violation of this policy

  • May result in immediate termination of access to all services and materials

  • May be subject to further collection or legal action where applicable

We expect direct communication prior to escalation.
